Top restaurant, quality cuisine. It changes others. Here there was real cuisine with a culinary research. In addition to the dishes, in aperitif a small amuse mouth made house super good... We were very happy with dishes, dessert, excellent chocolate. Then the service, super nice waitress and who come to ask if everything goes well during the tasting. I highly recommend this restaurant. Too bad the restaurant's location is in a small street which gives a little terrace for the summer. Otherwise in winter the interior is big enough.
Excellent or delicious? only small flat, the card a little reduced (but supposed to change regularly), so to take instead as a quality pledge, which is right there! We'll come back for sure.
Perfection in the choice of aromas and products. the dish combining lobster and yellow poultry with delicious small vegetables and filled with a discreet but effective sauce is worthy of a star. the apricots confit and pastilla in dessert made the flavors explode in the mouth. a unrestricted recommendation for the talents of the young antoine chef who also knows how to infuse the flavors of the japon in his slightly enhanced fruity dessert with meringue saké and shiso.
