Great place, must vosot place, everythinh is excellent...see by yourself...coz..seeing is believing

The ambience and interior is exactly like the one shown in the pic. We ordered many things in bits and pieces. We ordered pork ribs, chicken chowmin, caeser salad, and grilled chicken. Caesar salad was too good. I would recommend anyone who visit there. The only thing we did not like about the place was we had to wait very long. The pork ribs were not upto the mark (as my colleagues said). And what else? The staff was welcoming, nice and allowed us to order ahead.

Small businesses can benefit from implementing the principles of TQM into their business environment. PRINCIPLES OF TMQ Focus on Customer: In a TQM approach, small businesses must understand who their current customers are, noting their key needs and requirements and keep these expectations at the forefront of their strategy and processes. Leadership: Leaders create the environment in which their business operates. They set policy, plan strategy and launch tactics for staff to execute. Small businesses can take advantage of the necessity for participative management. Staff Involvement: As leaders set and communicate customer-focused strategy, they become smarter in acquiring and keeping quality staff. Process Approach: In TQM, a well-informed staff, with a keener sense of what the customer expects, can help develop a proactive process that builds quality into each stage as they design and deliver products. Statistical Quality Control (SQC): Small business owners can employ Statistical Process Control (SQC) to help make decisions. As the organization better understands customer demands, these requirements set features for the product line. Supplier Relationships: Businesses can apply these TQM philosophies to suppliers. This will help them understand their attitudes, values and capabilities, as well as the minimum and maximum variations in the goods they deliver. Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement is fundamental in TQM. Essentially, in this practice, the business executes the first six principles continuously. Rather than launching a revolution in how a company runs, step-by-step changes initiated by everyone in the organization ultimately convert the business and ingrain the TQM philosophy into the corporate culture.

A place I often recomend to people who love the steak, however 1) We have to wait a little long, would be great if there's a way to reduce the time taken to prepare the food without compromising the quality. 2) Little more veggies with the steak would be appreciated, just slightly more in quantity with a more appealing presentation. It would greatly increase the value of the already good steak. 3) Would love to have more drinks on the menu.

I love this restaurant for its distinct menu. The ambience is also good, kind of laid back, perfect to end a busy day!
