eating is really excellent. wakame e.g. with fish or mango ingwer and erdnuss for the desert to mix. that was a great experience! all very well cooked! but the restaurant is unfortunately not on the same level. decoration, service. little cold and missing. white bed linen and delicate service for example to fit the food. the price is good for the device of the menu, but really too expensive for “a la carte”. Great set menu wine list. On the more expensive side but you certainly get your monies worth. Fantastic, jovial service in a pleasant bamboo surrounded terrace.
Friendlier service and attitudes toward those with marginal French language skills and off-the-menu dietary needs would have made the experience more enjoyable.
