excellent Japanese restaurant. the fish could not be fresher (the chef himself will buy it fresh every morning.) the atmosphere is refined, Zen and typically Japanese. The owner is very welcoming and takes her time to explain everything, very helpful also on the wines. you must check the wine cellar that you can see on the lower floor through a glass wall while washing your hands! they also have a private room where... The only reason we found ourselves in this place tonight is that my children wanted Japanese food! as it is a fairly tourist city, I trusted the michelin guide! I called to book for two adults and two children ..... they asked me the age of the children and I said that the children have 4 and 6 years "with no other question, they confirmed my reservation, so I didn't push or anything to have a table!!! do not accept the children. has already made our stay uncomfortable but I was fine because my children are accustomed to restaurants and they know how to behave! she is just a waitress or the owner) has done everything possible to make our stay more than welcome! I think she's trying to get the French betting waitress, which is more than sad when a Japanese person does, so we ignored her all night and enjoyed in really good food!!!! Despite the food of the grim Asian ladies is the reason why I evaluated this place one is excellent!
Food was extremely fresh and prepared to perfection. . . the staff was a bit authoritarian and directive. We had two types of makis, one with tuna that was delicious as well as a lawyer - algae on both were the best I ever had. I followed him with a half-portion of tempura, which was just perfect for a night dinner.
A delicious respite in the heart of amps with beautiful sushi. the selection of fish was excellent and incredibly fresh. a real treat for france and especially Provence.
If you want to impress people, invite them to yamato and enjoy the quality of drinks, food and wine. the most beautiful tables to be booked are those with garden view.
Good food, friendly, personal service, nice parents and I (I'm 18) came here for dinner and were very impressed. judging by the seemingly poor quality restaurants in the area, we did not expect much of a Japanese place in provincial france, but as via michelin gave him a solid critique of its 2015 application, we tried to do so. the gardens of the restaurant, one of the most beautiful Japanese gardens we have seen outside the japon, offer a peaceful view and give the tone to the evening because it is the first thing you see after being buzzed. the woman who runs the restaurant, a very nice lady of Osaka, was very nice and courteous, and even if she didn't speak too English, we communicated well enough and she recommended dishes that we enjoyed. The food was good. subtle and elegant as authentic kaiseki cuisine, but not insipid as it can often be. the sashimi sampler was fresh and delicious, just like the miso soup. beef shabushabu was delicious and well prepared. each dish was beautifully served in a minimalist way, but not as in the fusion restaurants of every day. After excellent desserts and home cocktail, we went back shocked by the quality of our experience.
