Via Italia - Aix-en-Provence

I was just ok Aix Provence for the day, and happened upon this place based on trip advisor reviews.

This is a cute little place that's perfect for a light and simple lunch.

I went to eat there before a play, so I didn't have much time. but the service was quick and friendly. my piadina was delicious and I have to admit that their rosé wine is much better than in more chic places. also a good value for money.

Not that good. a little like a fast-food for a cuisine that says Italian, but no Italian cuisine would ever claim it. I guess it's cheap enough. Friendly service. very small tables/chaises.

There are some disappointing aix coffees, and this one is not part of it. the server was incredibly friendly and the food was simple but tasty and copyy. Not only that, but it was at a reasonable price, which is difficult to find in france. I would certainly recommend pasta and desserts, even if unfortunately we could not try the pita wraps.
