Outstanding meal. Shrimp, lamb, potatoes dauphinoise, fabulous cheeses and tarte tatin. With wonderful wines. Key ingredient: engaging and fun personality. We are now sitting around and enjoying revisiting the meal. Outstanding. View all feedback.
Chef Ronald came to our Chateau and prepared and cooked us a 4 course meal which was superb. Onion soup, duck in a lavender honey jus, an ice cream gateaux surrounded in meringue which was then flambe in Grand Mariner, then a selection of cheeses. He came to the table for each course and chatted to us about the dish. All the food was superb and he was also very good company. Highly recommended.

We have rented houses in Provence of 10+ years. The first year, when we came home from a day of exploring to the aromas or Chef Ronald in our kitchen remains memorable. He arrives around four, and at eight or nine you sit down to a magnificent four course meal. Start to finish the food is beyond compare. He is a charming, handsome, and a delight to have around. Watching him prepare a meal is an event in itself. He also conducts market visits and cooking classes. If you rent a house in Provence and want an extraordinary meal and a lot of fun--call Chef Ronald!
Would recommend their garlic tomato soup which is delicious (they usually have it every other Thursday).
