Picolo Saxo - Aix-en-Provence

We decided to discover this restaurant after having seen a lot of positive opinions. as you can see on my profile I am a person who moves not badly and who does not hesitate to put my comment every time I discover a new place. We arrived with my husband around 12:15 a lot of people but it's okay we saw that the service was pretty quick it was very good because I had to go back to work after. Our order is taken pretty quickly around 12:20, so it's okay.We take an apero and we wait, wait, and wait again. I'm looking at 12:50, it's a little long for a dish of pasta and a suggestion of the day. The boss then arrives at the table with 2 cuts of a home-made peritif and tells us your dishes will not delay. We were served at 1:00. There is a concern in the definition of fast service because it still does a little long between 12h20 and 13h to be served. The bleeding tab was rather blue it will have to be careful when cooking. we had to ask for the accompaniment that was forgotten I think (homemade fries). Pesto basil and raw ham inguins without too much taste. I couldn't finish my hollow plate. A little disappointed we may not have had a chance. Our order was probably zappened. We still enjoyed the gesture of the boss. The welcome was nice.

Here's a must-see address on aix la duranne! the staff is more than friendly, the dishes are good and hearty. the place is very pleasant, we eat the feet in the grass and inside the decor is design! A pleasant little break between noon and two to enjoy a good salad or tuna tartar on the lawn or in the veranda. it is best to book because the place is taken. reception is always pleasant, fast and efficient service. servers are charming and have a sense of humor which is not so common!

Nice lunch. Quick service. The salads are big. but nothing exceptional. the terrace is pleasant.
