I had searched for places on the internet in Aix offering gluten-free and lactose-free dishes or desserts and landed on this address. Unfortunately, my husband and I arrived about to close the restaurant... naturally not having many options to choose... and even so we were very welcome. The owner explained how the concept works. During our stay in Aix-en-Provence we discovered this charming restaurant and we came every day because the food was simply AMAZING! Daily fresh products. Delicious Maki creations. Great service. Just unbelievable concept, the mixture between a multitude of flavors combining the sugar, salted, warm the cold with a touch that adapts to the 4 seasons to surprise its customers, with these rolls, ramen, and so much more. Excellent! The welcome is top, precious advice according to diets and constraints, vegetal and gluten-free choices, happiness! Authentic, original recipes, full of flavours, made with fresh products, each time you eat it. Heartburn for chia pudding, a real delight again thank you
