If you’d like a table outside you need to book in advance. Last minute the staff have kindly arranged us some space for a quick bite and a drink before a booking which was nice of them. Difficult to judge food quality as we had just some platters of charcuterie and cheese and carpaccio which was nice. The staff was nice and welcoming that’s for sure! View all feedback.

the food was all but good, however our party encountered one of the rudest waitresses I've ever come into contact with... older lady, made us all feel as if we learnt welcome to dine there. other younger servers however were excellent. View all feedback.
I booked the night before as a family group of six for weekday lunch and it was packed. Not a great seating as a six as we were next to the serving and it was hot. Other than that the Trinidad was fantastic. Staff are lovely friendly, knowledgable and helpful and keeping the right degree of oversight on our needs despite being so busy. Food is outstanding: beautifully fresh, generous portions and subtly flavoured. The deserts are simply not to be missed. Sensible pricing. Highly recommended.
I had a fantastic 3 course lunch and I found this place to be a gem. I had fantastic bocorones for starter, an exceptional thai dressed beef tartare (180g) and a lovely chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream. The best food I have eaten in Aix so far.
We didn't realise it is only open for lunch and afternoon tea and turned up when it was closing, but without asking, were invited in and shown on a map other places to go. So while we can't comment on the food, the sense of hospitality of the host was excellent. A small gesture but probably indicative of a lot more!
