Good kitchen except the knives too rubbery. Too bad that the atmosphere is not the one advocated by the « kings of the good living». 700€ has 9, even no digestive offered. Too bad View all feedback.
I am not found the Gueuleton spirit in this restaurant in Aix en Provence. The dishes are very good but it remains from the cook. A staff who don't want to eat everything. A sommelier who this trumpet of wine bottle, for the tasting it will remain rigolo when said that: he does not taste a bandol wine and the sommelier tells you normal it does not and not a rigolo c yet what we have ordered oupsss desoler that he tells us can still keep this bottle. otherwise basic framework that of a normal restaurant nothing to do with Gueuleton and for the addition when asked vs offer us a small dijo and that from end to white the answer and not ok have the level of trade of the manager of the establishment. In short I will not return to this restaurant in Aix en Provence that really has nothing to or even with Bordeaux, Brive,Pau,Toulouse after I do not know the others .......

At the very fan base of the concept, we were not disappointed by the menu! A perfect match on very good advice, a team at the top and full of attention! I strongly recommend the place and especially the duck magret accompanied by its parmesan/truffe sauce! We will certainly return to this most pleasant terrace! Thanks to the whole team for this moment!

The meat restaurant par excellence!!! I discovered this restaurant with my darling and we really enjoyed it. The meat is amazing! We took in the entrance the bone of marrow that was succulent and in dish we tasted the pork and beef crossings... it melted in the mouth. Sincerely I have never eaten such deliciously melting and rotary meat at once. I warmly recommend this address
