Nous n'avons pas testé les glaces donc impossible de se prononcer sur leur qualité. Principe de self service : on prend un pot, on se sert la quantité que l'on souhaite puis l'on paye au poids.À l'intérieur déjà 5 personnes dont 2 filles qui avec leur petite cuillère goûte à même les bacs de glace. We did not test the ice so impossible to decide on their quality. self service principle: you take a pot, you use the quantity you want and then you pay the weight.Inside already 5 people including 2 girls who with their little spoon tastes like ice groves. They lick the spoon and then dip it in another pot to taste another perfume ... no hygiene! an employee is the one but apparelly it's no problem to him! we've been doing half a round!
A lot of choices of organic and artisanal ice creams and sorbets to be enjoyed and discovered. also lactose-free and gluten-free soy ice creams to add a variety of topping. We returned there twice!by the waitress was not at all informed about the history and meaning of ego.
Why has no one come up with this great ice cream parlor concept before? Forget about having to choose ice cream flavor with people in line behind you getting irritated over the time it takes for you to choose. Forget about the limited choices of an ordinary ice cream parlor. Forget about having to ask if the ice cream is bio, or free of gluten, or... This is the place where you walk in, take a cup and a scoop and choose the ice cream of your liking. And you have a multitude of flavors and types of ice creams to choose from, including a lot of different toppings. When you are ready, walk up to the counter and pay by the weight. Add a cup of coffee or tea, choose a place to sit in the air conditioned parlor and enjoy your personally designed ice cream.
Green tea ice cream matcha delicious, firm late, very wide choice and good idea to let people use their guide. After, yes, it's expensive, but it's delicious and there's a happy hour where toppings are free.
At our stroll in Aix-en-Provence we discovered this extraordinary ice cream. over 100 types of eggs, of which one chooses the desired quantity, is weighed and paid. who likes to taste x sorts like rose or veil, can have wonderful taste experiences. also tomato basilicum and the like would have been possible. we can only recommend this ice cream and also the friendly staff there! pity that we live so far away.
