Very warm and excellent pizza in the centre of Aix
Attention the restaurant has changed owner 5 months ago (info given by the waitress). I've been there three times before and the card has changed, and is less elaborate. I took simple carbo: flat poorly presented, very few guancial. Not bad dish but for carbo pasta I expected better. No effort for dishes. Pizzas looked good but I don't know. The waitress is nice!
Is that an excellent trattoria? The answer is yes! We're really in Italy. Only hic: the person responsible, alone, to do the service. True: She did not depart from her professionalism and kindness despite the difficulty. This must not divert us from this quality and affordable restaurant
Very nice good family kitchen... and adorable waitresses including the pretty Clara
Very good service, small correct pizzeria. We eat pizza and pasta. Good price ratio. Spritz: can do better. Correct pizza. Pâtes à la carbonara : correct but can do better too.
