Brut - Aix-en-Provence

D'Aix, and advised by friends, I discovered Brut and, perso, I loved it! Cool decor (comfort and industrial mix), square, small tables on the street or a large table in front of the open kitchen, armchairs at the entrance, each can find its corner. I took the formula of 4 dishes (19€ with the sparkling water offered) attracted by the crust of duck (top) and old vegetables and frankly I was tired. And cherry on the cake, they seem to serve at any time.

That's pretty! The reception and service are very good. Smile, explain... everything I'm looking for. On the other hand, I was disappointed: indeed, the names on the map say a lot and we wait for gastronomic and original dishes and when the plates (small) arrive, we are a little disappointed... But the tastes are here! And for desserts, I enjoyed myself!

A unique restaurant in Aix! Finally a place where you can go every day, all day and late at night. Original dishes, very nice among friends. Grand brunch Sunday!

Brut, a restaurant like a coffee that comes out of the ordinary with good ideas as much in the deco, the formulas or the sale of gourmet dishes. And especially not to miss afterworks and brunch in music, atmosphere assured!
