The food and service were good at this restaurant. However, they were insistent on using a specific payment method and ordering process. I prefer to pay with cash and communicate directly with the staff, so I found their insistence unnecessary. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Skyways:
Ordering was a hassle as the staff appeared distracted and not very focused on customer service. We waited approximately 55 minutes for our meals. Three dishes arrived, with the fourth one being served later. The meat was overcooked and the dessert was overboiled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
Although the registration and order from the table was good during covid. it is really technical to order dinner?! lacks personal touch, and they pay extra for no service. very disappointing.
We were a group who aren’t computer literate and found ordering at the table very confronting and added pressure on us when we really went out for a relaxing meal catchup. We would definitely prefer to go up to the counter order our meal. We probably not go back which is a pity since we have been going every 6 weeks since covid restrictions were lifted
The food at Skyways Bistro is so good and consistently so. I love going there frequently. Prices are good, I love the roast being tender and just the right amount of gravy.
The food was great but we found that not having the ability to pay at the counter poor for older people and would put many people off coming in to eat. Also not having a wine list to look at other than on your phone poor. We have never encounter this before and it leaves the experience of eating out with friend very hollow as there was no personal touch from dealing with staff.
Slow service, unfriendly staff, the food quality was poor. Meal returned due to overcooked and dried out chicken parma. Dessert was served 2 hours after order was placed. Q code meal ordering failed to work. I will NEVER return. A disgusting experience.
