D... read more Been coming here for years takeaways when skiing or staying in nearby Fontana; dropping in to break a long distance journey (and the dreaded Gotthard tunnel). Dropped in this Saturday evening to enjoy another couple of super pizzas and excellent service. It would be great to have more non meat options on the pizza menu. And where were all the customers on a Saturday night? But the pizzaiolo was working flat out to keep up with takeaways. Nice anecdote the cashier charged us for two measures of wine (two people), which had seemed correct (it was a big glass) and we'd have paid. The pizzaiolo corrected her, reduced the bill and apologised. If you're travelling long distance and have to use the tunnel, it's worth taking a break and stopping at Borelli.

My husband and I... read more Believe this is actually at the other end of the village! We stopped travelling from the pass down to Italy and found this place at lunch time. My husband and I had marrow ravioli my with tomato and mushroom sauce and my husband ham and cream sauce both very nice. My son had the top spec calzone which was very nice good filling and crisp pizza crust.
