What User doesn't like about Whitsunday Sailing Club:
The amazing view alone cannot make up for the lack of organization in both the food and service departments at this restaurant. The prices are too high for the quality of the experience. On the bright side, the bar staff is fantastic. I have been a loyal customer for years, so it's disappointing to see the decline in quality. View all feedback.
Flew to lunch and fish and chips ordered, after half an hour I asked where our meals were. the dame found our ticket and confirmed the order was 30 minutes ago and said it would be another 15 minutes. we left. Never have to use a cook to place the chips from the steel container on the plates. also asked me how hot they might have been

4 of us called in to the Sailing Club on a beautiful sunny day to have a couple of drinks. The place was empty. I had a 4X Gold schooner my wife ordered a large Sauv Blanche. Super expensive!! $28.50. I asked how much the wine was told $19.50. This is completely outrageous for any venue to charge this much for 2 drinks. I clearly understood why the club with the magnificent views was empty. Management needs to look at their pricing be more realistic. Perhaps then patrons will start to enjoy your venue.
