What User doesn't like about La Marina Italian Restaurant Bar:
If you are going here for dinner I would think twice. Staff was rude and takes 1 1/2 hours to cook your food, Woolworths or Coles make better in there microwave food. Not worth $30 for a small bowl of spaghetti.The booking we organised 4 days prior, checked if the booking was still there a day before, “was lost”.When it came to paying we were charged the wrong amounts and paid for other people’s meals.Girlfriend left... We visited this restaurant for a light lunch since we were staying at the Boathouse Apartments. The service was a bit slow, and the atmosphere wasn't as warm or friendly as you might find in most places in Airlie Beach. However, we were not disappointed by the food—it was very tasty Italian cuisine. We ordered the seafood risotto, Nonna's meatballs, and bruschetta, all of which were delicious. The lasagne was absolutely amazing. It just melted in the mouth. Perfecto. Staff were wonderful as well.
