We ended up ordering a variety to share (I especially loved the butterfish and flake), and the calamari is a must-try!

The veggie burgers were incredibly delicious, featuring a tasty beetroot relish and caramelized onions, all served in a nice bun. The chips were hot, chunky, and fresh, with a delightful golden crunch and soft potato inside—so satisfying! The tartar sauce was the best we've ever had at a fish and chip shop; it tasted wonderfully fresh. The portion of chips was just right. We also enjoyed quick service and some outdoor seating. This place is a thousand times better than the "Salty Dog" shop in Lorne. You definitely need to eat here! And don't forget to check out the cliff lookout next to the nearby lighthouse after your meal.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and the kitchen operates very efficiently. Our order was ready in just 10 minutes, even though they were busy with a growing number of hungry customers eager for their battered fish. We also ordered some calamari, which exceeded our expectations—it was perfectly cooked and wonderfully tender, not rubbery at all, with just the right amount of batter. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place!
