Always unavailable products, a lot of waiting, terminals to break down orders. Six months after the opening is still the mess. 27/10/2019, I pass from 2 to 3 it improves to confirm and we will pass to 4 very quickly. 03/01/2023, the overall quality of the service has improved well so I go to 4! What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Every time I go, it's always a problem. Whether it's from the world or not... it's 7:00 or 9:00... Pick up some sandwiches at 7:30 (great joke) . Cancelled internet order (without explanations) . Forgotten orders. Time of endless waiting. Lost and unreactive staff. And it's not good to tell me we need to talk to the manager because the manager is even more lost than the employees... Every time I go, it's always a problem. Whether it's from the world or not... it's 7:00 or 9:00... Pick up some sandwiches at 7:30 (great joke) . Cancelled internet order (without explanations) . The only thing he can say is the refund (although always happy). Staff management courses may be considered. A macdo as we rarely do. Looks like three-quarters of employees are in a leisure class. This macdo is a vaccine against macdo.
