What Odette Guerin doesn't like about Friterie "Chez Fred":
More and more disappointed... Lack of smile, lack of hello from the new staff. When I see that I ordered 2 menus with a sauce in the plate and that I find myself with a sauce on both and in pot so hot sauce. For the American I ask for a well-cooked steak that doesn’t like to have red in my meat. I'll find myself with a shiny steak to see blue.
