I'd like to take the time to recognize 3 great associates. 1 being the manager Joenith, Dhenieze who was in the kitchen as well as cashier Kaj! Great experience! These ladies offered me fresh hot chicken if I waited a few minutes, helped me decide on which family pack would be best, and had amazing customer service! This restaurant is by far the worst place for delivery. I would give it 1 star because I can't give it 0. My order arrived over an hour late from the promised time, and no one bothered to call. It feels like a total waste of time. I tried calling them a dozen times, but no one answered. This place is the worst in Canada!
The chicken strips were terrible, with hardly any coating on them. I wish I had seen them before paying. The gravy was mostly tasteless, and they also forgot to include the dipping sauces.
The employee who took my order was on a phone call in a foreign language the entire time. To make matters worse, she provided me with only three lids for my four cups, forcing me to awkwardly interrupt her conversation to request the correct number. This was an embarrassing experience for the restaurant, and I won’t be returning. Service: Takeout.
Staff goes extra miles in giving an excellent service to us... they assist me with my food tray when we Dine-in together with my kids, The food taste good crispy and gravy is delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
