Tried their crispy chicken burger but unfortunately the chicken was not crispy, it was old, smelly and chewy. Onion rings were burned. Overall very bad food and will never return. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The taste is amazing, but staff is really poor. No welcoming , no smiles on their faces, loooong wait (compare to other places, sometimes it’s busier there and your order is ready in 5 min max , with Big Smoke Burger I was waiting for burger for 15 minutes, which is not okay and it was really not so busy). I understand it is hard to work with so many people, but this is also their job, to make people happy. Hope management will work harder and will teach staff to be more nice to people and work faster. This seems to be a new addition to the mall since I was here last in 2019. They claim to be different from South St. Burger. But of course it has to be different in some way because they wouldn't put 2 similar burger places in the same mall? I took a bite and it seems to be comparable with THE KEG, so it does seem to be higher class than the average fast food place. I do plan to visit again and try more items on the menu. Food: 4
