1st time and impressed. Well signalled all across the gardens, detailed maps with highlighted relevant points (shops, coffees, toilets). Very clean and well kept. We enjoyed all we could counting on green houses closed due to COVID-19, we will be back to enjoy them when the situation changes.

When we went to pay for what we got, the staff had the nerve to say that wings take longer to cook than Chicken Fried Steaks. Well, of course, but how is it that the Chicken Fried Steaks came out before our wings? That just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway, goodbye! View all feedback.
Absolutely ridiculous. They asked us to seat ourselves when we walked in, so we did. Sat down and for 20 minutes, with waitresses looking directly at us and completely ignoring us, finally decided to leave. Everyone around us being helped, ordered drinks and food yet still nothing. Will not be going back.

Was a nice SURPRISE !I was in Nebraska for Visit. Very good. The Fish Chips were pretty good. A little greasey but over all pretty good .
Unfortunately, something has changed. The food we received was not up to the same standard it used to be. The chicken fried steaks were overcooked and had a noticeably different flavor. The baked potatoes were also overcooked. The shrimp basket was decent, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2.
