I usually steer clear of it, but tonight I had a craving for Zaxby's, and since this location was the closest and I hadn't been there in a while, I thought I would give it another shot. Every time I visit, I order the same thing. My wings are always only half coated in sauce, leaving me with mostly dry, boneless wings. I always request extra seasoning on the fries (which is still just a regular amount at this place), and 9 out of 10 times, I don't receive the extra seasoning. Tonight's meal was particularly disappointing; it tasted bland and dry. And don't even get me started on the chicken bacon ranch fries. They consist mainly of dry fries with a few small pieces of chicken on top, maybe three tiny bits of bacon, and just a light sprinkle of cheese. It's terrible. Even my kids complain about it.
