Red Bowl Asian Bistro - Aiken

Honest review: 2 years ago I gave this place 4 stars. Today I wish I could give -4. I ordered rock roll that my favorite and asked white sauce. I also ordered the crispy flaorida roll. I had to wait almost an hour that was the time when I placed the order, said 30 minutes and then when I actually ate that, it was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth. there was rock roll soggy and had no white sauce on it and the crispy flareida roll had hardly a sauce on it and was antithetically what it should be. don't waste your money. eating is not cheap and the taste is terrible.

3.5 would be best suited. service was standard. our sushi was better than our escape. they have paper marks on the tables that advise that their articles are up to $ 3.50 higher than listed on the menu from which I am not fan. I want to know exactly what I pay before I order something. the calamari is worth the menu price, but a rise of $3,50 was not. overall, eating here is better against some other places in aiken.

Grabbed dinner here with a group of 12 and get fantastic service. we were able to call forward to see if they could make shelters for us and they were in a position without problems. the food we were served was fresh and came out very quickly! I'm really surprised that they're so empty because they're really good for eating and they're cheap, and they're right on whiskey road on the south side of aiken. we have eaten here with friends at a few places and never had a bad experience! after reading some of these reviews it feels as if people were not complaining of any reason – but then it is a bit more awkward, so what they expect. one that eat and the drinks are cheap. and two, no one cares if something is missed on an Asian menu.

Got the sweet and sour chicken and it was super dry, bland, and hard. I only ate like 4 pieces of broccoli and maybe half the rice at most and asked to send it back but the server said he couldn’t because I “ate all the broccoli” and “some of the rice” so I basically spent 11$ to eat a half portion of rice and some broccoli. Super disappointed. Not coming back.

I love the food here, but I have other issues with this place. I was in Aiken on a short vacation and got delivery from here, my order was delayed three times and took over an hour and a half. Maybe they were busy. Then I visited the restaurant on my way home because I love pork buns, and they are one of the very very few places I can get those in the south.The wait staff were very short and kinda cold.Once again, the food was excellent, and the restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. Then after i finished a sushi roll and a small appetizer, he just puts the check on the table and dosen't say anything. Like, I've never heard of a restaurant worker not asking if there's anything else you'd like. I was going to order something to go to enjoy later, but i guess he decided I was done.
