Horrible I asked politely for my wings to be made fresh and they must be decided to say ok I’ll redump them in the grease . They were so soggy I couldn’t eat them at all . Took em back and told them I would wait for fresh ones I waited and total of 30 minutes for regular chicken wings that should’ve been done in 10-12 minutes. I don’t know the manger’s name it was older black lady she didn’t help at all she let this happen with no apologie October 31st 2023 night shift 8:pm

I find it incredibly frustrating to be repeatedly ignored by the staff when I try to place an order inside. The wait times are unacceptable. I've decided to stop dining here altogether.
