I visited Duke's for the first time yesterday, April 15, 2018. I'm from Waynesboro, GA, and I'm very particular about my barbecue and side dishes. A friend took me to Duke's to try it out since I had been looking for a new barbecue spot. Upon entering, I noticed it was packed, which I took as a good sign. Everything on the buffet looked delicious, and I tried to load my plate but quickly ran out of space. I was excited for everything to taste as great as it looked, and I wasn't disappointed. The chicken, barbecue, sweet potatoes, potato salad, lima beans, and more were all fantastic. I'm not usually a fan of mustard-based barbecue sauces, but I came to appreciate it during my visit, as it seems to be the norm in Carolina. The sauce impressed me so much that I might just become a mustard BBQ fan. Thank you, Duke's, for sticking to the traditional home-cooked barbecue style and delivering amazing flavors in everything you serve. I will definitely return, bringing friends along next time. The drive is a small price to pay for such good food!

The squash casserole and fried chicken were absolutely delicious! I really love this place!

The buffet offers an impressive variety of options. The fried chicken is unbeatable—truly the best I've had. The barbecue is decent, but not exceptional. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Duke's!
