Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ordered the catering twice in the Aiken SC Store and twice my order was missing half of the items. The first time they said it was because I ordered online and there was a problem with the system. This time we entered and made our order in person three days before the time. Spent $120.00. got the job home and there were 5 articles missing. Call to let them know and they can't do anything except offer a free meal at a later time. That's great, but it doesn't help the dinner I'm serving my sister-in-law. I will certainly not cracker barrels catering in the future and definitely no one will recommend to use them.
