That way, if their employees inevitably make a mistake with your order, you can just swing by the drive-thru to sort it out. Each time I’ve ordered, they consistently forget two or even three items. It's really frustrating!

I w... read more I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal but only got two thighs and a leg. I had asked for my mashed potatoes to be upgraded to a large, but I got a small instead. I was quite disappointed since I couldn't leave work to sort it out. I reached out to the manager, who was really nice and offered to replace my order.
