We used drive-thru hoping for a quick bite to eat as what they are designed for, was then told to move forward and proceeded to make us wait over 20 minutes. Somestaff member with long curly hair finally brings our meal to the car and doesn?t. say. a. word. Please shut this place down sono one else has to have their night ruined by such horrible people.

I was excited to get home and be praised as... read more After finishing work late, my wife suddenly asked for some Bojangles' chicken, so I stopped by to pick up her order. I was excited to get home and be praised as the best husband, only to find out they had given me the wrong items from the menu. I went back through the drive-thru, where a friendly young woman at the window double-checked my order to make sure everything was perfect before I left again. Ultimately, I’d rate the service as an A because my wife got exactly what she wanted from the menu, and I even ended up with a free meal!

I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal but only got two thighs and a leg. I had asked for my mashed potatoes to be upgraded to a large, but I got a small instead. I w... read more I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal but only got two thighs and a leg. I had asked for my mashed potatoes to be upgraded to a large, but I got a small instead. I was quite disappointed since I couldn't leave work to sort it out. I reached out to the manager, who was really nice and offered to replace my order.
