we stopped here to eat something at the end of the afternoon, nice location on the square of the city, we sat outside, it's an ideal place to watch the world pass. Our server was talking an excellent English. We both chose the royal paella and were very impressed. service a little slow but we weren't in a hurry so no problem. View all feedback.
What Suzanne Bigot doesn't like about Casa Toro Luna:
the service was pretty bad, with a few disputes between the staff in front of the customers. The food is correct, but not so good. good location and beautiful view on the square st louis with its statue. View all feedback.
We went to this restaurant the last night of our vacation, we were waiting for a good last meal before we went home the next day. But frankly, I would advise everyone to avoid this restaurant like the plague. Everything went well, to the main dish. We ordered our average meat, but it really got us too cooked. I've already eaten too cooked meat and it didn't really bother me to eat it, especially since I didn't want to bother, so we decided to just eat it. but after the main dish, everything went very fast downhill. one of us ordered a glass of wine, had to wait half an hour to receive it, after asking for it actor time. We then ordered from the desert. We had to wait 35 extra minutes for two of us to have our Catalan cream, which was horrible, it had the taste of a cold rusty egg with a sugar coating on the top and the texture was very grumpy. the other three had to wait another 15 minutes to get their pies, an order that the server had initially wrongly taken. Anyway, the pies were correct, but when the waiter came back to pick the plates, we complained about the Catalan cream. he started on the defensive very quickly, telling us that we are obviously mistaken, since it is a speciality of the house, so obviously you must not know what taste has a real Catalan cream. If he had just told us that this is how they always do, I would have accepted it, but his defensive and rude way of talking to us really put his finger on the coffin. In addition to that, we have seen several couples wait for more than 40 minutes to be helped in the first place, so this restaurant is obviously not very concerned to help its customers. In conclusion, we will not return here again. errors can always be made, but the lack of respect for the customers and the little attention paid to the reception have really stopped us, we will not return here and we advise everyone to stay away from this place.

We ate in this restaurant at noon. Served was quick and nice. Unfortunately, speak only French. the food was soon, good, large portions. We ate a fish soup, an excellent paella (both a casa and royal. Not a steak. We had a local digestive (mix of wine and fishing liqueur), rosé wine, pastis. We were satisfied. we can recommend it, we would not expect anything special on such a tourist site near the cathedral and next to the statue of Saint-Louis
We were driving from Toulouse to Marcheille and decided to stop for lunch in a city already visited. The city was picturesque as before. the place for lunch was new for us. the waitress was good and found us a place in about 10 minutes. Like it was lunch time without reservation, it was a good time. The steaks were tasty, the sides were very rich. Not a bad place for lunch.
Typical main square overvalued. decent wine, poor paella!, reasonable fish, offers for children at low front. Stay in places outside the square.
