the hic are the heavy weights that pass nearby, it's a shame for the restaurant, customers and even for the inhabitants. a cut from 12:30 to 14:30 would allow you to appreciate the surroundings of the restaurant and the village. after the dishes are good, copied, diversified, and well presented. Aigne would be known to have a center in the shape of a slaughterhouse and that would be the domain of many artists. was nice, but a few minutes you've seen it. Unless you're probably going for art. We're not. We saw an inviting terrace and we picked a 3-course menu of 26 euros pp the consistent crevettes/garnalls you'd better skip is more of a sour sauce salad with a few garnals. What? a remarkable sensory experience, both visually, olfactory and gustative. the server installed us on a large oval table in the shade of black parasols. the terrace of this charming village of the minervois encloses a beautiful soft and harmonious fountain. Let's go to the plate: the grilled asparagus of the crus were accompanied by an egg poached with good alaw, all seasoned with both delicacy and remarkable home seasoning. For my part, I took a white fish paved with a tasteful home sauce and fresh season vegetables. A murder! My table companions preferred the pintade salmi. I also tasted it, and I can tell you that the perfect cooking was nothing next to the onctuosity of the accompanying sauce. On the residential side, the toilet was nickel and the cleanliness of the establishment suggests that the person in charge of the premises leaves nothing to chance, all in the relaxed. The kid? the kindness of the patron who has superbly advised us for the wines and who has come regularly to inquire discreetly that everything was fine. We'll be back. I strongly recommend this institution that would deserve to be more known.

The reception is professional. the restaurant room is very nice, cozy.We preferred the terrace installed on a village square. Carafe wine, minervois, is excellent. The entrance , we took snails with a Mediterranean sauce spicy dishes , through caramelized pork with honey and a cod fondling ; dessert : a peach poached with vanillat was a delight ! for a menu at 26€ , I recommend this restaurant
Small restaurant where you eat well. simple but good quality kitchen. The welcome is great and the boss is nice.
I took the suggestions of the day, squid at the plancha accompanied by zucchini lasagna , small sweet grilled peppers and crushed with potatoes, brioche way lost bread and vanilla ice behind caramel, a glass of minervois. It was fresh, good, good cooking. the room is pleasant, the young servers applied, the cordial boss. The village is charming
