The burgers were presented on a trendy slate plate with skin-on fries and miniature dishes of tortilla chips, salsa and olives. The burgers tasted good as well as being fashionably presented. Soft drinks and coffee are available. You can watch the food preparation as it is in an open area; generally a sign of confidence in the hygiene standards. The restaurant was busy, with people eating in and frequent callers to collect takeaways. The prices were very reasonable for Switzerland, only slightly more expensive than the well-known burger chains but much nicer. Other restaurants in this location have not lasted long; I hope this one keeps going!

We order 3 burgers at 6 p.m., waiting time 70 minutes. Okay, we're in no hurry... at 7:30 p.m., on the phone we're told that the delivery guy is leaving in 10 minutes. Okay... 8 p.m., after 2 hours of waiting for 3 burgers, we call to cancel our order and are very poorly received on the phone, we are told that the delivery man will be there in 5 minutes.... 25 minutes later, 2h30 later having placed an order, the poor delivery man who was not even informed of the cancellation by his colleague ! shows up at our door. Thanks to him for his business sense and his apologies, but we had already started preparing another supper. We will never recommend them again!
