The best hotel in the Dolomites! We stayed 5 days at the end of August and, to detach from summer heat, it is just the best solution. The reception is always commendable, maximum availability from both the waiters and the concierge, willing to solve every problem of the guests. With regard to the wellness area it is quite wide and rich in every comfort, even if I would widen the buffet with nuts and other dried fruit, also attention to the massages because if you happen in the room in front of the hallway you can hear noise (as in my case and this spoils the experience a bit. With regard to the room, very clean (even if the carpet spoils the aesthetic impact with everything available even if with little selection of pillows, which are very soft and absence of topper, I would have liked to be able to choose from different pillows consistencies. With regard to the restaurant, little to say, you eat well and in really almost excessive quantities : , this is also true for breakfast, rich and varied (grave lack however, drinks and vegetable yogurt As for the offer of activities, beautiful initiative to propose the ebike, continue like this! Same thing regarding the sheet with the initiatives of the day after, very useful to discover the mountain and the shelters of the area. Overall, we will definitely return and recommend it to all...
I can't make a good assessment. My wife and I stayed three nights over Christmas with our dog at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and effortless to meet without 5 stars. It simply lacks small things and details, here only two examples: If we wanted to order a drink, we usually had to pay attention to us. Rarely, we were proactively asked if we need something else. In addition, the service for our area was apparently not informed that we eat vegetarian. On the first and third evening there was a vegetarian menu on our table, but the waiter was obviously not aware of it, he was always a regular card and asked meat or fish on the main course. On the second evening (Heiligabend) was apparently only so that I cannot propose a vegetarian menu at all. We then have to give up at least two courses (hours and seafood soup). This alone would not be a reason for a bad evaluation. There was not that I would like to suppress very positive aspects, for example, everyone was really very friendly and it was also quickly realized that we as an athlete do not drink wine and that it was taken into account when they were covered. Not for granted! Nevertheless, only a bad feeling remains at the end of the holiday. My wife was on the Blessed One's first morning, but when she had painfully found her at the Hotelterasse. We had immediately pointed out the way to the X-ray to the hospital, but the answer was only a little helpless, it was very smooth at the moment. When we came back with the arm in plaster and the diagnosis of broken wrists and explicitly pointed out whether we could not scatter the area, lock it off or set up at least one shield, it was only that you need to do something. After that, at least for us, we realized... nothing. On the day of departure, at least in the morning mail, the daily flyer with information about the daily schedule on the breakfast table, there was a hint that during walks around the hotel you should expect smoothness and take care accordingly. At least. But feedback that you accept the problem and that the Terasse is scattered or locked? No way. Before asked to find my wife? An expression of honest compassion and regret? Only by some very friendly table neighbours in the restaurant. Any recognition of the fact that we could not use the wellness offer at all due to the fall? No, nothing. In our direction there was only a short good improvement on departure; the demand for whether we were satisfied was saved skillfully in place. I don't know how you read these lines, but I expect a class hotel to be much more. I don't want to sit at the reception, complain loudly and ask for some kind of compensation. This is something a 5-star hotel must be proactive, compassionate and quiet. And it would have been so easy! Only on departure as a sign will we accept our consumption, for example. Or a voucher for a few nights (a voucher for one night, by the way, only gets every guest who has a birthday during the stay). I'm not even talking about the debt question here. Things happen. But that a serious injury that could happen on the hotel grounds is simply ignored as far as this leaves a very bitter snack. Merry Christmas.
