Inmejorable lugar para almorzar o cenar, al igual que para ir de tapas, una caña más una tapa 2€ como muslitos de pollo al Pedro Ximenez, Brocheta de ternera,distintos montaditos como él de morcilla..etc) de echo es uno de los lugares donde ponen ruta de la tapa , lo descubri casi para irme. Vamos pienso volver para probar esas tapas tamaño grandecito. Tiene un pequeño saloncito a la entrada junto a la barra, luego un salón interior, y una gran terraza donde nos pusimos más fresquito porque aun siendo en octubre este año es muy caluroso. Esta terraza da a la calle donde bien sobre barriles o sentados en veladores puedes degustar sus platos tan ricos, un trato cercano y educado. Pedimos mejillones al vapor, almejas al ajillo, ensalada que llevaba de todo, y paella de marisco, nos pusierón pan artesanal calentinto con picos y 2 salsas gratis para acompañar lo que deseasemos una era de alioli. Al llegar la paella nos la iban a aprtar ellos mismos, aunque le dijismos que la dejase sobre la mesa, !Qué buena!, no hay más que mirar el plato llenisímo, el color tan rojo de la paella se debe a la famosa gamba águileña, que es muy roja. Y todo a muy buen precio, hasta vino el gefe de camareros para preguntar que tal todo. Os coloco fotos de las tapas, me quede con ganas de ver ido una noche, una razón más para volver a Águilas. Ah!! también dan desayunos y no solo hay pesacados sino buenos arroces, ternera de avila, variedad de carnes y pescado muy fresco.
Encargamos una paella para las 3 de la tarde el día anterior. Llegamos a las 14;55, no se acercaron a nuestra mesa hasta las 15:30 y porque fuimos a quejarnos a la barra, la paella la empezaron a hacer a las 15:45 y nos la sirvieron a las 16:00 cruda. Cuando pedimos explicaciones, el hijo del dueño, nos invitó a marcharnos, para no montar espectáculo en el comedor. Ante todo ésto, no frecibimos ni una triste disculpa.
