Mcdonald's - Águeda

Espaço muito conhecido. Não difere em nada dos muitos outros encontrados pelo mundo fora. Os tempos de atendimento são rápidos e o sfaff é simpático.

Me my sister and my father went there after school for a quick burger, the food came in about 15mins or so but the ice creams were forgotten about so i took the receipt to the counter to remind the employee and she kind of just nodded and said she 'll bring it to the table. 10 mins later still no ice cream so i went back and she just shrugged her shoulders and gave me a death stare and finally started making them. No obrigado or boa tarde or even just a sorry, they just walk around like zombies with no smiles. Employees should be trained better in customer service ffs

Terrible restaurant, we will not visit again! My chicken burger was cold and felt undercooked, I left a third of it because it didn’t taste right. Wish I’d gone with my instinct and not eaten any of it, before I had left the restaurant my tummy was gurgling. I spent the rest of the day with a very bad upset tummy.
