Took a visit to Puerto Rico back in October and found this amazing bakery in Moca. They have the BEST almond cupcakes I've ever had . So good, in fact, I made an order right before my flight back to Philadelphia to share with Family. Can't wait to go back and enjoy it all over again! Being a baker myself, I find myself trying to mimic the taste in my cupcakes!
