I went to Mimi tacos over spring break and I can honestly say these were the best tacos I've had in my entire life..and believe me, I eat a lot of tacos! I loved it!!!! The vegetarian burrito is tasty!!! The best I have eaten in my life!!! I definitely recommend it!!! I will return!!!

She was amazing!!! Such a character, I loved just watching her do her tacos. So much love and detail. The tacos are fresh and I would visit her again.
