Debut Cocina Rustica - Aguacate

Last night we went to Debut for our 2nd time I have to said it; the food was great. We order the skirt steak with fingerlings potatoes, the steak was perfectly cooked the potatoes smooth tasty. The pasta bolognese was fresh delicious. Even my daughter’s cheese pizza was fantastic. To finish a great meal with a sweet treat, we got the Passionata cake. Outstanding!!! The smell of smoked resemary, the bourbon, the brick oven heat, the big ice cube, the staff and the montaditos... everything was just perfect!

Every morsel was delicious. We had the tap beers (Lagunita's and the FOK Red Ale), the papas bravas with Romenesco sauce (I wanted to take the remaining sauce home), the wings, and the beet risotto. We only had trouble deciding what to order because everything looked great. Terrific ambiance, service, and music. The food comes quickly, but not rushed. One thing to know: the parking gets eaten up by the rental car business. We always thought the restaurant was packed because of all the cars, but it's not; those are the rental cars. This place should be packed, though. We plan on going back again and again.

Excellent service, exquisite food! They filled and exceeded my expectations. It's definitely on my favorites is a place to recommend.
