DO NOT PREFER IT! We placed an order at 1:15 PM through Wolt, while the store says 30-40 ', due to a national holiday it was understandable that it would be late. The time is 15:10 the food has not arrived, we have been trying to contact the store for 30 minutes because they decided to leave the line open so as not to bother them. After we were able to and contacted them they didn 't give me any information about my order and they even claimed that the phone was blocked from the phone calls. I took after about 20 minutes to tell them for the last time if they will send it to me or else get my money back and the girl told me that they have 50+ orders and that my trial will be sent too. ok this is ridiculous!! He told me in 10 minutes that he will be here and shut it in my face. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
One star for raising the prices! True, what is the reason for the increase??? Instead of lowering the prices, you raise them. Goodbye. No orders from you again!
Clean and neat shop, hearty portions, the bread sourdough and tasty, french fries but good quality, the roast chicken wasn't the best. What I didn't like was the behavior of the waiter, aggressive and borderline rude, he threw the cutlery on the table, the same as the food, he didn't even say bon appetit and the related. It's a shame that they spoil their image like this, because there aren't many shops like this in the city. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
