We were offered complementary prosecco on arrival while waiting for the table. The dinner table setup was very elegant, the staff very kind, they speak excellent english. They have traditional food like Sicilian caponata, vegetable strudel, pistachio pasta or pasta alla norma(without ricotta). If you really wanna go there, make reservation first.

Only 2 starters and 2 mains to choose from, but the ones we had were the best of the trip round Sicily so far. The starter was a puff pastry with a trio of sauces, and for main, the classic Sicilian pesto pasta. The waiter also Recommended a really great white wine. P.s. the restaurant is upstairs when we arrived it looked a bit closed downstairs
