We were lucky en... read more We loved Ristorante Bernini Wave Restaurant. Luckily it was within walking of our rental apartment and we ate there one afternoon and 4 nights. We were lucky enough to be at the restaurant when they were celebrating, Salvo's birthday. He is both owner and chef. He had a DJ, the restaurant was full and it was great fun. On our last night in Agrigento Salvo treated us to Limoncellos and we talked a long time with him and his waitress, Christine. He chose our meal that night and it was delicious. Don't miss it.

Th... read more Had a lovely Valentines meal stumbling upon this restaurant it is hidden in the middle of an odd location on the north side of Agrigento but worth the drive. The restaurant is a friendly family run place that specialises in steak. We had a Valentines set menu for 35euro a head that was very worth the money. It included drinks (water and a bottle of wine) and a 3 course menu and valentines chocolates. The antipasti was amazing, simply the best taste of cheese and ham and went perfectly with the wine that we have ever had. The next course was fresh pasta that was beautifully cooked and a portion that was generous considering the number of courses. The last course was steak that was well cooked in an interesting apple and salad and balsamic vinegar dressing. Not really to my taste more because I tend to take my steak with pepper or mushroom sauce but it was lovely nonetheless. Definitely recommend!
