The chef and kitchen are apart of the experience so you can really feel immersed in the India culture. You eat with your fingers so be prepared. The food has a lot of flavor so prep for that too. This is more traditional Indian cuisine and I very much like the setup and vibe. Because the kitchen is visually part of the restaurant you can taste the smells and smoke from the fine dining. Drink menu is quite robust considering it’s a traditional Indian cuisine. I’d recommend gong with the Gold or Platinum menu options.
