Sushi was really good, wait staff was attentive and friendly. Down side was that menu was sticky and stuck together! Photo is '911 roll on top ' 'shisimi to the left ' 'spicy tuna on bottom right ' View all feedback.
What NBA Show doesn't like about Yamato:
I went here today and the service was terrible, The entire restaurant was filled with mosquitoes and dirty water. I never want to come here again after coming here for 6 years. DONT come here. View all feedback.
I haven’t been to this place for 5 years and it was good 5 years ago now they have mosquitos and sticky floors and disgusting water now I will never go there ever again
The food is fresh and cooked well. My fish was somehow overcooked, though. The lighting inside is too dark.
Overall we love this place one negative on this visit was our spicy tuna in our avocado ball was bad hopefully that was a one time mistake and no one got sick from it at other tables
The pandemic has clearly been very difficult on teppanyaki restaurants which rely on dining-in services. Unfortunately, this Yamato location seems to have only recently come out of mothballs.I love what the decor is intended to be, and the design of the location, but it needs some tender loving care. Whole sections are closed and unlit, making it seem like you are not supposed to be there. It needs a thorough cleaning/renovation. Sadly, with so few customers in evidence, the owners are not likely to be able to do it anytime soon.I really want this location to succeed! I hope they are able to re-emerge, and capture and active clientele!Sadly, I had hours of abdominal issues (to put it politely) after eating here, though no one else in my party did.
Very fairly priced, great food, always hot and fresh. Best pork gyoza on the PLANET.
