We had a great experience at the property. The food was good, the rooms were clean and sanitized, everything seem to be in place. And, the most amazing part of staying was the view. Also, the host. Everyone out there is so helpful. Me and my friends had a great stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

One of the best places to visit and stay in South Goa. We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. Saroj and his team are superb in giving a feeling of home away from home. The beach is extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and the washroom has 24hrs hot water too. The dining experience is amazing too. Food is tasty and the portions are good. The best is the smiling faces and the positive response of the entire team. We had taken our pet also and they gave us food for him also. The dining area overlooks d beach and amazing place to catch the sunset in the evening. Overall a 5 star experience.

Amazing place to stay and very neat and clean rooms. Excellent support by the staff. You cask for anything they will provide you. Amazing food with many options. You don't have to look anywhere else for the food. Parking here is very difficult as the roads are very narrow. Anyway the staff will help us to park the car at right place.

Superb stay along with the host. Reasonable price for food and drinks. Tried prawns penne pasta and it was yum For stay I had selected beach front cottage and it was worth the money. Only thing I was not satisfied was with the cooling of AC. Maybe it was beach side so the cooling was slow. Good place to stay, have bite with your loved ones.

What a place to stay, wake up, relax, eat and recline. Perfect aura for a Goan vacation in South Goa. Very relaxing and comforting. Right on the beach. Breezy throughout the day. Kayaking next door. Well behaved, friendly and courteous staff. Don't think about booking the place for your stay.
