What Inge2902 doesn't like about Cascina Dani:
Based on the reviews we went here (18 july 2020 . Tables are set in the agriturismo's pool area. On hard wooden benches we waited very long for our dinner courses. A poached egg primo was merely a raw egg in a pea soup (2x . We left them uneaten. The lamb appeared deep fried in a bread crumb jacket, and as it was very dark I needed my phone torch to see what I was eating and check for meat inconsistencies. A dessert... View all feedback.
An unforgettable weekend in a corner of the world where relaxation becomes the only rule. hospitality and hospitality of cascina dani make you feel at home, as if you had always been there. the weather flows slow walking through the vineyards and the paths, while your gaze caresses the gentle hills and your soul recharges with positive energy. zahra and gorea impeccable hosts, attentive and caring convey so much passion and love in their work: food, wine, location. every moment will be an authentic cuddle. once you don't want to leave..
We had the pleasure to celebrate the birthday of my husband to cascina dani, splendid local, the owner zahra greeted us impeccably! position surrounded by hills, super clean room and friendly staff available. the dinner was our pleasure, the quality of the very high cuisine, innovative dishes with recipes of the Piedmont tradition, compliments to all the staff! we will definitely return
Cascina Dani was recommended by the Airbnb we were staying at. Lunch was a 3 hour affair, with Zahra being our magician, bringing us the best that the Piedmont had to offer. The food, wine, and the company were exceptional. This area is not to be missed in Italy the wines from Villa Giada are also outstanding. Make sure to book a wine tasting at Villa Giada, too.
We felt us very welcome the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Food was good as well as the wines. The whole “package” is great (quality, price, service etc. . A big recommendation!
We visited this restaurant after a recommendation from the hotel we were staying at as their restaurant was closed that evening. It didn’t disappoint. In fact it was wonderful. We were greeted by Zahra, the owner, who made as feel extremely welcome, we had a set meal that was absolutely delicious paired with wines from their own vineyard that was equally marvelous, in fact we had to visit the vineyard the following day to take home some of their wines. Andrea, Zahras husband, showed us around the vineyard and explained how all the different wines were put into production. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to return .
