Ruby Tuesday

The food was good. I had to change my meal choice bc I wanted ribs but they ran out. I ordered the bourbon chicken and a sweet potato, it was good. The salad bar had great choices.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! We have been coming here for 3 years at least once a week. The chicken was fried in old grease and hard as a rock! We had a piecemeal dinner! One member waited 30 mins for fries and hush puppies to come with entre! Waitresses not good. Not very friendly. Acted like they didn’t want to be there. Never going back,

My family and I ate here and the service was horrible. It was extremely hot inside and our waiter looked like he had just grabbed his shirt out of the dryer and came to work. We ordered our food and I only received one of my two sides. I had to ask our waiter for my salad after I had almost eaten all my food. It was very poor service and needless to say the food made me sick. I'm not sure how it was prepared but I'm sick even as I write this review. Never again will we dine at Ruby Tuesday Starkville Ms location. This business has great potential to be a wonderful establishment. Management needs some tweaking in order to get the wait staff up to greater expectations.

Went there to visit my son and his girlfriend. Waitress finally comes to get our drink order after 10 minutes another girl brings out our drinks that were wrong she corrects that takes out order 30 minutes later we get out food but not my garden salad with 1000. Brings my salad to which I said that’s some weird looking 1000 it was it was Cesar I ate it anyway. Checked for drinks once. Wait staff leaves a lot to be desired. Won’t be back for a while if then. Didn’t leave a tip for a 70.00 bill. Stated why I didn’t too. Place has really gone downhill in the last couple of years.

Food was terrible. I ordered a top sirloin with a baked potato and salad. The steak was like eating shoe leather. The baked potato was so old it was crusty and the server told me it was fresh. The only thing I enjoyed about this meal was my salad and diet coke. My friend ordered the ribs and chicken with baked potato and she experienced the same problem. Couldnt get the ribs off the bone and her potato was also crusty. This was by far the worse meal I haven't eaten and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
