Excellent food, very well prepared. Very friendly and efficient service. Relaxing atmosphere in the middle of nature. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the Nozon Valley region.
Very nice discovery! We had a very friendly welcome, we ate on the very cozy terrace. The little Arancinis offered as an aperitif already set the tone for the next culinary notes because they were delicious! EXCELLENT cuisine, fresh, quality, regional produce, very well seasoned, in a word, a GREAT! We look forward to coming back to taste other dishes.
Jetzt, nach einer Weile, haben die Eigentümer Le Normand übernommen und es ist mit der Zeit immer besser geworden. Die Speisekarte wechselt häufig und folgt den Jahreszeiten sowie vielen Spezialitäten im Laufe des Jahres. Es gibt auch oft schöne ganze Fische, die sie am Tisch zubereiten.Mittags gibt es auch ein Menü mit Suppe Salat, Hauptgericht und Dessert für rund 20 Franken. -Große Auswahl an lokalen Weinen.Ausgezeichneter freundlicher Service, man fühlt sich immer willkommen.Wenn ich diese Kritik beendet habe, essen wir heute Abend im Le Normand.Kann nur die höchste Empfehlung geben.
For many years, the LE Normand have been on the move and have lived the good and bad times since the original owners had the restaurant. The new owners are young and dynamic, have the restaurant a make-over in the café area and the terrace... which is excellent, they are looking to rebrand the name as LNA gives a young modern touch to the place. The most important thing is the food, the choice of wine and the service. There is a nice selection of sea fish, and meat, the first time that I had lunch for a business this week, Fillet de Perch, which served with and excellent salad in front of the hand, the meal it itself was nicely served with vegetables and French fries on the side. Later in the week went back in the week in the evening and had Steak Tartar, hand cut! Once again served beautifully, a piece from the bottom had to ask 3 times for the accompanying toast...this should not come 10min later with the meal. Service is overall very good and friendly, Saturday evening they were pretty busy on the terrace and inside as well as I think they were a little overwhelmed. The wine list is very good, mostly local wine I find is very good to promote the excellent wines of the region. The price is very reasonable, we will often go back because they deserve the support.
