We... read more Stunning weather and day to travel to Aggius and sample the delights of Il Mosto. Friends had passed through a few years earlier and loved the food and wine. We took a long lazy lunch with friends from New Zealand, and enjoyed the Sardinian flavors and dishes along with some stunning local Red and white wines, selected by Gian Mario. If you want to really try the best of local Sardinian food and matched wines in a warm, friendly place, this is it. Great experience.

We were immediately impressed with the friendly service of all the staff that attended us. They helped us choose a perfect wine and answered our questions about the menu. We tried two very unique dishes, plus appetizer, dessert, etc. We were very happy with everything! We didn't reserve a table outside, but if I were to return, I'd do it! Perfect location for a quiet dinner.
