Fine pasta exclusively and fortunately! Pât fait maison!!! Rare are pizzaiolos that make their own pasta and even more rare that make fine pasta pizza with wood fire! A delight! Perso I can't find it near my house! (And yet I live not far I have read negative comments about the dough too fine to their taste, if they like the dough so much, they go to buy frozen or go to eat bread! No but oh! Non-existent garage? Go to hyper U buy m...... with thick paste to your wishes with frozen, but don't come polluting real pizzaiolos svp. The filling is made from the dough, the dough is fine, it is delicious not to say exceptionally nothing but on the dough! It's been over thirty years since I came to the same place in the summer (the rock, I know what I'm talking about! So, for people who are still hesitating, come and eat good homemade pizza with ultra fine exceptional paste at pizz n love! otherwise eat bread but don't complain about an exceptional product! The “homemade” paste is made of plastic bags, in the form of “tillas” (they go out to the customers so they don’t hide it). In the end we have a pizza without a crust or edge, which is the base of a pizza, and a pate of less than 1mm thick. I put a 2 and not 1/5 only for the freshness of the products used. Otherwise no interest. 2 hours waiting so they had orders, they absolutely don’t deserve their success
