Never eat a Pokéball so infectious and yet I'm not hard. A tourist catch. Exorbitant Price
A great thank you to the whole team that has enjoyed us all week long, and their good mood, always the sweet little word. We hope to find you next year in this great place with the few refurbishment points so to feel even better and above all not lower in quality you are the best restaurant on the Richelieu beach. Very poor, for rather high rates. Not good ceps balls, parsillad knives floated in a sort of juice/water without flavor and these shells were not the first freshness, meat served with purée certainly not home. We were very few yet the service was super long.... brief to flee !!!! Only the waitress was very pleasant.
Come once to drink a drink one night when everything went pretty well, we come back the next day for lunch on the beach. The service was catastrophic by waiting. We had the feeling of being ignored during the whole meal, starting with our arrival where we only had the cards after 20 minutes, the endless wait to get the dishes, the map of the desserts... Meanwhile, other tables coming after us were served and riddled before us! The accompaniments arrived cold... An employee lets us know that tomorrow the boss marries his son, they are a little disturbed.... Congratulations, but is that a reason to drop his clients from the day? : To finish, at the time of payment, we indicate our dissatisfaction with the service, we are confirmed the wedding of the boss the next day and we even surge : ah but we are more in season as well, you know.... So believe that here we give everything in season and nothing after? And of course, not even a small commercial gesture... Zero pointed on the service. To finish on a better note, the food was of quality and served in good quantity.
Once, but not two... End of season, last day beach with friends of the year, we think we're gonna be happy and have a good restaurant. This one being the only remaining open on the beach, we choose it. What was our mistake! A poor little dish of purée as accompaniment. for 3 people!!! In view of the prices of the dishes, as much as to say that it hurts! Good dishes, but fades and served cold...! Really no interest. Other customers complained about the lack of attention of the service and the kitchen. Their excuse? It's the last day of the season, and besides the night before, it's a wedding they made. In these cases, we don’t do this kind of event, or then we don’t open the next day. One thing is sure, last day or not of the season, we do things well! Listening to the servers saying I'm not gonna be nice today or so it breaks my balls all right, it's not fun, it's not nice, and especially it gives a bad picture. We had another return saying that at the beginning of the season everything was excellent and impeccable service. So it's a shame to finish a nice season on negative opinions and a bad day! The day continues for us on the beach (on our towels, not on their decks) in front of the restaurant. The opinion that we had done at our luncheon was validated by the behavior of the servers that put the terrace with a large table throw and deckchairs in all directions... I don't know what to say about this kind of behavior. I often come to the course of action but I would not repeat the experience at home, in the middle of the season or in the end of the season!
